Extending an utmost thanks to David Vignola of Home Recording Made Easy https://www.homerecordingmadeeasy.com/ he was able to get his hands on the original tracks for Def Leppard's "Rock Of Ages" tune! This song brings back so many memories - I was 14 years old when I first heard this and I had to go buy the Pyromania cassette tape with my allowance in which I worn out almost immediately! This is one of iconic songs of the early 80's and I'm happy to say Joe Elliot and the rest of the guys are still rockin' out today! Anyway back to the tune, so David sent out the tracks to the members, I instantly downloaded all the stems and started to work mixing it with the intention of not copying the original but bring it into the now "sound" but still keeping a bit of the 80's vibe! I pulled out all the plugin "goodies" that I am familiar with and some I'm trying for the first time!
